Chef Bartosz Bogacz gives you an introduction of what is in season right now and provides you with ideas how to prepare it. You will then be able to try it out yourself. At the end we will all enjoy the dishes together.

Sneak preview of what we will be cooking together:

- Eggplant steak with blackberry chutney and shiso
- Courgette variation with basil caviar
- BBQ fennel
- Quinoa tabbouleh
- Tomatoes for later
- Buckwheat with mushrooms and black garlic
- carrot tartar (kreuterbar signature)

Kitchen utensils, aprons and drinks are provided.

Learn how to cook a three course meal with the guidance of Chef Bartosz Bogacz. He will share some of his secrets with the attendees: how to create a delicious yet simple hollandaise sauce, what’s the secret behind the secreto steak and how to prepare it.

At the end you will enjoy the dinner you will have prepared together, accompanied by wine chosen by our partner TailorVino.
