Chef Bartosz Bogacz gives you an introduction of what is in season right now and provides you with ideas how to prepare it. You will then be able to try it out yourself. At the end we will all enjoy the dishes together.

- Eggplant steak with blackberry chutney and shiso
- Courgette variation with basil caviar
- BBQ fennel
- Quinoa tabbouleh
- Tomatoes for later
- Buckwheat with mushrooms and black garlic
- carrot tartar (kreuterbar signature)
